Refund Policy
At Book Your Trails, we strive to offer flexible and transparent policies to make your travel experience seamless. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all tour packages and travel services booked with us.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to: support@bookyourtrails.com.
The date of the cancellation email will be considered as the official cancellation date.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific package, the following general cancellation terms apply:

| More than 30 days | 10% of total package cost |
| 15 – 30 days | 25% of total package cost |
| 7 – 14 days | 50% of total package cost |
| Less than 7 days / No Show | 100% (No refund) |
Note: Flight/train bookings are subject to airline/railway cancellation policies and are non-refundable in some cases.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
For payments made via credit/debit card, the refund may reflect on your statement in the next billing cycle.
Any applicable bank charges or service fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The following are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise:
Visa charges
Travel insurance fees
Convenience/service fees
Entrance tickets, permits, or activities with fixed bookings
Flight/train tickets (subject to carrier policy)
In rare situations where Book Your Trails or its partners must cancel a tour due to:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Insufficient group size
Government restrictions
You will be offered one of the following:
A full refund (minus unrecoverable charges)
Rescheduling of your trip
Credit note valid for future bookings
Any modifications to the booking (dates, travelers, etc.) are subject to availability and additional charges.
Changes requested less than 7 days before travel are not guaranteed.
